    Explosions were decent, but use pen size 1 for all of your effects.

    Your animations are not stiff, they are actually really eased and they looks very high quality-ish.

    I can't tell if they're eased, but the talk test only used the lips. Maybe you should move the jaw as well, to involve the face more. Otherwise, everything looks lifeless, besides what is moving.

    Dont use such big "pencil" size. To draw effects use 1 or 2. Also use more than 1 color :>
