To set fps go to
View -> Animation Properties -> and set 7 or 8.
You can copy frame from the back.

Im a very busy person. Since my parents are divorced I go to a different house every other day and switch off each weekends. Pivot and EZtoons are at my mums. I dont get much time for animation.
